Fisher Properties has been in business for 14 years and has a reputation of high standards. We are not absentee Landlords, we are highly envolved in the community to improve the standards of housing. Our residents are treated as guests and not renters. Maintaining high standards of acceptance allows us to do this.

We process credit reports through one of the (3) main credit reporting sources available to us. We also process criminal background checks, and court records on evictions. We are members of NOAA (Northern Ohio Apartment Association), and we use a data base that has been gathered by NOAA and ARIEA, along with any other public information that is available to us to determine the acceptability of any applicants for our residential units.

We have a zero tolerance level on drugs. We have made various decisions for the safety and happiness that our tenants rightfully expect. We have made the decision that we will have a ZERO tolerance for ANY activity that diminishes the quality of life of the other tenants in our buildings. This is also for your benefit if your application is accepted.
