Lake Erie College is just 3 blocks west of our buildings, and a mere 5 minute drive puts you at the Lake Erie beaches and restaurants. This quiet and peaceful area is surrounded by many beautiful homes in historic district. It is a great place to stroll among the great homes dating back to early 1800's.

From Our building you can walk to Veterans Memorial Park and enjoy good live music, with artists from all over the Northeast Ohio Area, (jazz, light rock, county, blues, reggae and more). We have one of the fastest growing car shows in Ohio, every Friday evening at 5:30. The downtown area is with events most every week or weekend in the summers, at Veteran's Memorial Park and downtown Main Street, every Thursday starting at 4:00 an outdoor farmers market featuring many local farmers, all within 2 blocks of our property.
